ORDERING AND PAYMENT
There are six steps in our Enquiry and Order Process Guide.
1. ENQUIRY
If you are looking to purchase new Teamwear or Tour shirts and need some inspiration, please select the ‘CUSTOM KIT’ link on the main menu. You will then be able to choose the relevant Product Category link from the left menu bar.
Then complete the ‘Preferences’ and ‘Additional Information’ requested on the selected ‘Design(s)’ and subsequent ‘Request and Quote’ pages, click ‘SUBMIT YOUR ENQUIRY’ and we will contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail.

2. DESIGN & QUOTATION
Based on the information provided and discussed with you, we will prepare and send you a professional Visual representation of your design including your team crest, any sponsor logo(s), name position and numbers along with a Quotation for your approval. Should you wish to make any amendments to the Visual provided, please let us know and we will amend and supply you with a new Visual.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you are in a position to proceed with your order, we will ask you to email us at team@badger-rugby.com to confirm your order requirements.
We will then raise and email you an Order Confirmation together with a Proof of your chosen design for your approval. The Order Confirmation will detail: the specifics of the items you are ordering; any information you have provided us with and; any information we are awaiting from you to enable us to put your order into production.
4. PRODUCTION
As soon as any proofs we have supplied to you are approved by you in writing and we are in receipt of any ‘missing’ order information, we will put your order into production. We will then email you a complete Order Confirmation, a week ending date that your order will be ready for despatch and our Invoice.
5. INVOICING AND PAYMENT

Regular customers:
Unlike many of our competitors, Badger does not look for our regular customers to pay us for any custom kit orders until we have manufactured your order and they are ready for despatch. All we do ask is that, unless we have agreed credit terms, we are in receipt of your full payment of our invoice prior to your order being despatched. We are happy to receive monies on account and to invoice an order to a pre-advised Sponsor.

New customers:
Unless previously agreed, we look for all new customers to pay us a minimum of 50% of the Total Order Value when you place your order with us and will send you a Proforma invoice for this value. Upon receipt of payment of this Proforma, we will then proceed with your order. Once your order is ready for despatch, we will send you a VAT invoice and, upon receipt of the balance of the monies due, will despatch your order.
Our preferred methods of payment are by: Bank Transfer; Mastercard; VISA or; VISA Debit. We can also accept payment by cheque, on the understanding that, unless agreed to the contrary, any cheques payments have to clear through our bank account before your order is despatched.
6. DELIVERY

Domestic Orders:
Badger despatches the majority of our domestic orders via DPD Local using their Next Working Day or Two Working Days signed for services. Their Next Working Day delivery service can be upgraded, upon payment to us of a premium rate, to a Timed Delivery or a Saturday service should request any of these Premium delivery services.
DPD will send you a text/ email to advise you of their intended delivery day and time slot. Should you wish to track your delivery, we are happy to provide you with the relevant Consignment information upon despatch.
We can also make personal deliveries for the most urgent of orders and accommodate the collection of your order from our Dudley, West Midlands production facilities. If you wish to collect your order in person, we would ask you contact us beforehand so we can agree a mutually convenient collection date/ time and make sure that your order is packed and ready.

International Deliveries:
Badger has several International clients and can arrange the delivery of your order overseas. The delivery lead-time for an international delivery will depend on which country we are to deliver to and any custom regulations or restrictions relevant to that country.
Should you require your order to be delivered overseas, we will advise the available service options and confirm the prices for your approval prior to the despatch of your order.
